Wow that's a whopper! A perfect simple lunch. I read about an elderly man who ate 18 eggs a day and his cholesterol was really good....I think we've been conned into thinking they're bad for us. We get duck eggs from Steve Hesse and love them too.
I had to have a laugh Wendy, I thought you were kissing ducks now....It started with a kiss, nope...an egg....one huge egg too....I bet it was yummy....it reminds me of the duck eggs we used to get when I was a kid....they make the best baking too....We had a lady in our street that made the tallest sponges, but she wouldn't make them without duck eggs.
